IT Technician (m/f/d)
We at retrofit GmbH started 2019 with a new approach to maintenance for B2B industrial customers. We realised that there are smarter ways to maintain older systems and machines than the usual ones. The core of our approach is: we replace industrial PCs and HMI systems, flanked by electronics repairs and worldwide spare parts procurement. This saves our customers a lot of money, but only works with motivated and thoroughly respected colleagues.

Your tasks
- Independent analysis and implementation of industrial PC systems during migration or adaptation to new hardware conditions
- Technical analysis of automation issues, such as communication from industrial PC to PLC to field devices
- Researching any necessary spare parts/repairs
- Customer contact in dialogue on problems and technical objectives
- Perspective support for our key accounts and expansion of existing business relationships
- Ideas for the further development of existing and new approaches are always welcome!
Your qualification
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems, starting with MS-DOS
- Several years of professional experience in the technical field
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in the B2B sector, ideally industrial customers
- Experience and pleasure in analysing technical problems
- Lateral entrants with common sense are welcome!
- Motivation to go full throttle with and in a previously small team
