Sales employee (m/f/d)

We at retrofit GmbH started 2019 with a new approach to maintenance for B2B industrial customers. We realised that there are smarter ways to maintain older systems and machines than the usual ones. The core of our approach is: we replace industrial PCs and HMI systems, flanked by electronics repairs and worldwide spare parts procurement. This saves our customers a lot of money, but only works with motivated and thoroughly respected colleagues.

Your tasks

  • Independent acquisition of new customers; focus: lead generation and management, for example via LinkedIn or XING
  • Making telephone contact with our potential customers
  • Supporting our key accounts and expanding existing business relationships
  • Ideas for the further development of existing and new approaches are always welcome!

Your qualification

  • Commercial training or several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in the B2B sector, ideally industrial customers
  • Ideally experience and enjoyment of telephone contact and dealing with corporate customers
  • Career changers with common sense are welcome!
  • Motivation to go full throttle with and in a previously small team
